Work hours are good, work life balance has been a breath of fresh air after years in the service industry. only downfall is sales is now required to work Sundays which makes work-life balance degrade for me.
Cons
the recent idea that after 40 years, a factory that has been closed on Sundays, now has to be open on Sundays to capture web-based inquiries and phone calls?

Thank you for your comments. We do appreciate our team members and value work/life balance. Your comment regarding Sunday's is something that is not taken lightly. In the end, we are a retail company and our partners are also retail. As such, the high level decisions that are made at Tuff Shed come with much research, analysis and discussion. We continue to make every effort to do what is best for our team members while considering the business needs.
- Easy product to sell
- Competition truly does not compete with quality
- Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money)
- True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed
- Pay is good, you can make more than you would think.
- Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.
Cons
Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
