From the day I started to my last day with this company I always felt supported, respected, and appreciated as a part of the team. The management team which included Kurt, Jeff, and George were absolutely fantastic and were great to work for. They value mental and physical health, making sure their employees took the time that they needed to be 100% which, in turn, made the work environment a safe productive space. If you are willing to put in the work Tuff Shed also likes to promote within so there is always room to grow. Nate and John who are also part of the management team were always very helpful and answered any and all questions. I feel like as a person and an employee I have grown a lot and have learned so much from my time here. The company as a whole values its employees and makes it such an awesome place to work. I would highly recommend working for Tuff Shed, especially the Sacramento location!
