Thank you for your review. Our business has been experiencing unprecedented growth and we are making every effort to keep up with demand. This can require working overtime as is the norm in this industry, this time of year. This is our busiest time of each year and every employee is a contributor to our success because of their dedication. However, having time outside of work is important to the health and well-being of our employees. Although, I am uncertain of which store your comments refer to, I am unable to bring this to the manager's direct attention in order to solicit a response.
