Pros

Great company , great leadership , caring atmosphere, work by yourself depending on your location, co-workers eager to help, amazing product.

Cons

Install is hit or miss and causes unwanted issues that management drags their feet to solve. Compensation is honestly the worst of any sales job I've worked for. They have an awesome sliding pay scale but if you work at a location with not as high of volume as out west, good luck getting an increase. The commissions are garbage and you will be told its because we have a 3% profit margin. Im not stupid and im not a child , no company in yhe history of ever grows or survives on 3% profits. This company would be dead if that was the truth, im sure its more around 20% and the higher ups absorb most of the profit. We as sales people should get a 10% commission to make selling a building worth while but instead its 2.5%. I honestly struggle to pay all my bills on a constant basis and continue considering employment elsewhere. They do treat you very well though and thats probably the only reason I haven't left yet.

Pros

- Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

Cons

Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
