-Leadership lacks innovative problem-solving approaches, particularly within the senior team. -Career development opportunities are limited, with an ineffective framework that hinders growth. -There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, where reskilling and reorganization efforts are concentrated on a select few. -A culture of toxic positivity discourages open, honest, and constructive feedback, even when delivered professionally. -Creative contributions are undervalued, with a clear preference for cost-saving measures such as AI or offshoring, often at the expense of quality. -High levels of employee burnout persist, with no clear promotion pathways or incentive structures, especially during financial constraints. -The company prioritizes extravagant, bi-annual multi-million dollar summits over meaningful investments in organizational financial health. -Zero diversity.
