Excellent Mental Health Counseling center in Eastern Idaho. - CPSS Tueller Counseling Employee Review

Tueller Counseling is a great company! The company makes efforts to support the clinicians. Tueller Counseling gives you the opportunity to work as much or little as you want. There are great benefits for full time employees. I love having a Sterling Urgent Care Gold account paid for by the company. This has been a huge saver for us. We have a counselor support group once a month. There is also a meeting once a month in leu of a counselor's meeting where we meet together and catch up on our notes and get paid to do so. The company does a summer and winter party for you and your family. We also have monthly get togethers where we have a themed lunch. They are awesome. I love the people I work with. There are fantastic counselors and fantastic office staff and community workers. I find it to be a very supportive environment.

There are quite a few notes requirements since working with Medicaid. The company is thorough and strives to be honest and ethical doing documentation. This puts more load on the clinicians. One of the offices is a little more run down.
