Pros
I would say best hospital to work at in Tucson. Highest census numbers for sure. Good safety culture. in my experience, safety parameters for orders/patients health is better than competitors, which feels good. Good culture generally. I think people typically really are “proud to be TMC” as the saying goes TMC is definitely ‘inclusive’, a few pride type things here and there for those interested.
Cons
Experience can vary from unit to unit. But overall, some turnover, instability of leadership within my division.
