The company has a good reputation but can not think of any good points for its employees.

Toxic, stressful, and not friendly environment. Very high turnover in employees. Barely you can find anyone there with more than 5 years with the company. Minimal training and preparation for the job description. Very direct and rude culture between management and employees throughout the company. I have received 3 am Emails!

The starting salary and benefits are as one would expect from such a company in the construction industry, although I wasn't starting out at all there.

Absolutely no support, from either supervisors, managers or HR. Emails sent were either ignored or belittled. You go above and beyond and get little to no recognition for all your work. Total disregard for one's health and welfare with this company.
