1- Very fast moving environment 2- Very helpful team 3- very unique and interesting dev process, i learned alot in it 4- they use a unique design tool that enables designers with no coding experience to do the frontend 5- location is very nice in vienna 6- the coworking space where tubics is located offers very nice events such as beer gatherings, sweet tuesday, get togethers .. etc 7- flat hierarchy you can talk to even investors 8- learning support, free transporation tixket, and hardware budget 9- team is really supportive and honest 10- founders are very transparent about numbers and profit 11- tubics has equal pay policy for all genders 12- very diverse team, Cairo, Russia, Germany, Pakistan, Austria, Romania, Moldova, UK 13- good flexblity with vacation days 14 - respect to personal issues and urgent matters 15- very listening and very safe enviromnbment to work 16- WFH option for unlimited days
Cons
1- very fast moving environment can be overwhelming sometimes 2- don't expect a competetive pay since it's a startup, but they will raise investment next year and this will change the salary structure in the company 3- office is quite small in size yet the location is perfect 4- no profit share 5- sometimes when the team is stressed before release expect people to be decisive and pragmatic decisions, but that's the nature of every startup otherwise they are very democratic in normal circumstances
