Pros

Most of the coworkers were very nice people but thats about it

Cons

This is a good example of one of those places that treats an employee like a number, it clearly shows and its bad, very bad. If they're not making their money, then its goodbye to anyone who's been there less than a month to avoid having to increase their wage after a month of training. Company is ran very unorthodox and unorganized, training is very poor, had to figure things out for myself or constantly ask a coworker. I mean come on now, this is a job where hands on teaching is needed, its a wet chemical heavy job, you cannot expect a person new to the type of work to know how to do things. Pay is very low for the amount of work, can barely afford to pay employees if their not making money, not getting paid on time (a huge red flag and very illegal) and lastly reading the other reviews on here tells me that the CEO cannot take criticism because of the responses given to other reviewers.

Pros

It's a job. It's income.

Cons

Equipmemt not working properly so required to do things manualy and even then not having enough supplies to do so, yet and still pressured to get the job done. Also results are reported based on instrumentation that's not in use, on top of that they are very unorganized. very unreasonable and no matter how hard you work its never good enough. When they are done using you they will tell you business is slow and we have to lay you off. When you apply for unemployment you are denied because they tell them you quit. I found out from a staffing agency that this has happened to several other employees so "BEWARE" If you are layed off DO NOT SIGN NOTHING!!! even when she offers you $1500-2000 severence pay. That is her loop hole to deny you unemployment. Oh and I cant forget to mention sometimes you have to wait for up to an hour after you get off to get your pay check because they are trying do ballance and do their budget to see if they are able to pay their employees. I'v had money deducted from my pay check for insurance that I did'nt even have and when braught to their attention was told it was an honest mistake on their part and asked how much of that $ do I need back? REALY??? ALL OF IT!!! This happend about every other pay period.

Please look at the Instruments pictures posted under the "MORE" tab to verify the condition of instruments. All instrumentation is under service contracts with the manufacturer. All instrumentation is less than three years old. Also please review the other responses for further clarification.
