Everyone who works for Tryzens is highly driven and works hard In non-lockdown periods there is a fun culture.

Cons

Overworked staff Terrible Sales process leads to undersold projects No opportunity for growth unless someone leaves Too much middle management Training and Development is encouraged but not followed up on

Project allocation process appears uneven, with opportunities often going to a limited group Promotions heavily dependent on billability, without ensuring equal opportunities to achieve it Extended bench period without billable work impacts career growth
