      Pros

      Culture seemed ok. 401k match was offered to all employees. I heard the medical benefits are good.

      Cons

      Pay was low for amount of back breaking labor. They start the merchandisers all out at PT. The people they that perform well (or like) get FT and benefits. They expect you to use YOUR personal cell for business without any compensation. Hours cut after sales volume cratered after Holiday season.

      Fun, relaxed work energy. You could limit your availably for promotions as much as you wanted, or open it up and work promos almost every night.
