      Pros

      They get new projects from good FMCG clients. Office near MRT

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance. We work all the days even on weekends. There is no respect for personal time. Very high attrition rate and minimal process documentation make it very difficult to work. Also no overtime!

      Pros

      A growing start up that is always evolving. Friendly environment. 2.5 years working here and I am still learning so much. Blessed to have great colleagues and understanding management. Management has strong vision and strongly believe in their goals. 21 days of annual leave ! and WFH opportunities.

      Can do better on employees benefits eg. health insurance policy

      Friendly colleagues, well paid, remote basis. If you need challenges to improve your skills, that would be a good workplace.

      Cons

      Work overload, one employee is supposed to handle at least 3 campaigns simultaneously, do not have benefits.
