      Pros

      If you like doing nothing all day, this is a dream job.

      Cons

      No structure, all good management has left and company is in complete chaos. We play games and listen to music all day. What a joke.

      We remember the employee who would play games and listen to music all day. We kept asking them to put their cell phone away. Our CEO had to implement a No Cell Phone policy on desks and block Pandora and YouTube on the Wifi. There is always that one employee that does not work and messes things up for others. Then complain when the leadership that used to let them not work is no longer there. :-) We don't have employees like this anymore. We believe in being a productive team and family where all work and do their part on a shared goal.

      Probably the best entry level job I had. Amazing, and fun staff, very chill and laid back but with high knowledge and value. Very collaborative as well.

      Cons

      Had to learn how to take ownership at entry level, but was definitely worth it.

      We appreciate the honest feedback. We do our best to post on the positions that 30-50 calls are an average day. Emails and inbound and outbound phone calls are the way we communicate with our members. We often launch new programs that do require some sort of cold calling, yet a very soft approach to an existing member base. We will review Account Specialists' job posts to make sure they set the right expectations as we want our employees to love what they do and understand the why behind the calls. We love to help and we are on a mission to help more people, which does involve calls. :-)
