if working in USA there are lot of Pros but in india only leave policy is good, rest you will regret yourself.

don't expect more joining this company, no career growth worst behavior of team leads, always lie about L1, slavery exists in this company. no technical training's, you can search for professional behavior, very bad HR policies.
