Decent pay that is it.
Cons
CEO is full of himself. Could care less what employees think. Some how was voted CEO of the month by some magazine that no one ever reads. Obviously they did not ask for input from the rank and file. Very negative in environment, you fear for your job from day one. Witnessed a lot of good employees get let go for one reason or another. They also have been in battle with the union for years now. They say one thing and really mean another.
