Pros
6% 401(k) match dollar-for-dollar vested immediately. That is pretty much the only “pro”.
Cons
Many: toxic colleagues, poor (inept) management, unequal task distribution where one is often required to pick up the slack of other poor performers, disparate treatment/perks from one colleague to the next who share the same job title. Additionally, the systems are antiquated.
