At first all seem to be a great place to work in until you understand better what is really going on. The product is very interesting.
Cons
Management is here to make sure they are covered. if you are not in the high spheres or under someone protection you worth nothing. People being promoted are mostly the ones who are good at politics and usually not really competent. The unprofessional decisions are made on daily basis. If you are open minded and like to take initiative this is not the place for you as the management thinks they know better how to manage the customer they are not in contact with on any level, and it is not unusual that the manager dont even know the products. I personally face moral and boarder line sexual harrassment, when I complained the answer I received is that should speak up before, yet nothing has been done again it, because the people involved were friends.
