Untrustworthy business - Business Development Representative (BDR) TrustedTech Employee Review

I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with Trusted Tech Team UK. After receiving a job offer from them, which I accepted and signed, I made the difficult decision to resign from my stable and well-paying job to prepare for this new opportunity. I was excited to join their team and trusted their commitment to me as an employee. However, just two weeks before my start date, I received a call from their third-party HR agency informing me that the offer was being withdrawn. No explanation, no accountability—just a cold, impersonal call shattering my plans. To make matters worse, they offered a measly 7 days' pay as compensation for completely upending my career and livelihood. This gesture felt like a slap in the face after I had put my trust in them and left a good job based on their word. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor their commitment show a complete disregard for their employees—or potential employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering a job with Trusted Tech Team to think twice. If they’re willing to pull the rug out from under someone like this, they clearly don’t value people or integrity. Avoid at all costs.
