Pros
Lovely team mates, (all of which were overqualified to have a job copying and pasting paragraphs onto the Live Chat system for the poor members who really wanted an actual answer) some fun days out. Some colleague's dogs were allowed in the office (the more important job you have the better you are treated). We also moved offices about 7 times in the year I was there, very odd.
Cons
Very dull job actually. A very fake atmosphere where you can tell the management people didn't care about you, but pretended to. It's all about money for this company. You can see the bad reviews here are true because everyone is saying the same thing! and no doubt it's the relatives of the managers leaving the reviews or the actual staff making false reviews. There was bullying going on too.
