Avoid at all costs - Universal Banker Trustco Bank Employee Review

EVERYTHING!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Seriously trustco is the textbook definition of a toxic environment. Don’t even think about questioning anything they say, if you do you become their target. If the business banker doesn’t like you, you might as well quit/find a new job. They fire people with zero logical reason, no literally they give no reasoning. They give you a “we’re an at will employment company and as of today you’re officially no longer an employee with us “ and that’s it. You could literally do everything that’s asked of you, but if you speak up for yourself, question them, or they simply don’t like you, they will get rid of you. This is me speaking from experience. They will ask you to travel at literally all times of your shift, you could travel to MULTIPLE BRANCHES in a SINGLE DAY. They will also send you to cover at branches that had recent covid cases. They do not care, not even a little bit. Not to mention they bend and spin their so called “policies and procedures” so you end up looking like your in the wrong.
