This position was boring but the pay did not match the level of responsibility for this position. Although there were not enough daily tasks to fill your day and help the time pass any mistakes made on the teller line we’re directly traced back to you. The internal departments are out of touch with the idea of customer service and do not prioritize based on the customer need. This meant I took all of the slack for transactional wait time with no urgency from the teams able to process the transactions.
