The other tellers I work with are the best. Very hardworking and caring people. I love the customers that come into our branch.
Cons
Everything else. My branch manager was hired outside of the company (previously worked for keybank) and has been here for 5 months and still doesn’t know what she’s doing. There is always a branch that is robbed at least once every other month. The pay isn’t worth the stress that head tellers and tellers go through. Branch Admin and higher ups do not care about their employees unless they are a branch manager or higher. Tellers are the ones that deal with customers the most and are treated the worst. They are an extremely conservative bank and very judgmental. We are the only bank that still use outdated equipment from the 80s. I’m just simply unhappy and hope to leave this place soon.
