Terrible place to work. The Florida “leadership” is inept and lacks accountability. They blame all issues on the branch staff. Almost none of these branches are fully staffed… most are spread thin, covering for other branches either because a person quit or got fired. It’s a revolving door of employees honestly. If you like work like balance… run away! From Branch admin, to the “leadership” up top…. If you need anything of importance, they will ignore you and hang you out to dry. Don’t waste your time here.
