We continuously look for ways to improve and enhance our employee experience. I am sad to learn that your personal experience was not positive. With respect to your comment about passive racism and sexism, neither racism or sexism have any place in our work environment. As a person of color myself who grew up experiencing significant racism in the UK, creating an equitable work environment is hugely important to me personally. With respect to your comment about my comments on LinkedIn, that was in follow-up to having a former employee post multiple negative reviews in succession. It was an emotional response which I regretted and removed myself. To err is human. To forgive, divine.
