      1. Trust is like family. 2. I have seen this company step up to the plate on many occasions when an employee has a need or tragedy. 3. Very thorough training and auditing initially and ongoing. 4. Everyone treats me with respect. 5. Best job I've ever had.

      Cons

      Need more admin time each day to complete coding log and timecard each day.
