Lack of organisation within the company, everything is convoluted and over complicated. The job is more administration focused than sales focused with nobody able to provide a straightforward answer to a question. Internal systems locked down to those who have been there for so many years, meaning carrying out simple tasks like identifying available stock required you to find the 1 person who had access to it. If they were off or not on site, nobody else can help you.
Told to "Sell from stock" yet nobody can tel you the available stock you have, Losing customers to other branches who can deal with a customer efficiently. It shouldn't take 2 hours to give a customer a quote. Or in some instances, management wouldn't even quote figures and tell you to inform the customer that " we will beat the competitions quote". Not very progressional and management are arrogant and condescending. Tell you to involve them with every customer, yet when you ask for assistance none of them are "available" or tell you to get a different manager, who is also not available. Absolute shambolic
