5yWe always appreciate feedback. We're sorry you had a bad experience while with the company. Everyone at TrustArc works hard to operate as a team, and to do so in a way that makes it feel collegial and supportive. We'll continue to focus on that.
Regarding working during the pandemic: we have worked with managers to MAKE SURE they check in with their teams, and to ensure that we are focusing on working "smarter, not harder." We're encouraging people to focus on their work-life balance. Our employees have told us that it has been hard to remain dedicated to personal time and shutting our computers off, so we will continue to find ways to improve on creating good work/time boundaries.
