Pros
1.) fun, positive atmosphere. this includes fun managers as well as coworkers 2.) opportunities are endless as long as you work for it, you put the effort in, they'll put the effort into you 3.) freedom to be who you want and not feel like you're having to put a fake face on 4.) team environment where everyone loves to help support one another and help each other preach their goals 5.) professionalism, I didn't even know what business professional was until I came here, learned about how to be a better person in not only work but in life too!
Cons
1.) my specific trainer's communication skills weren't the best, as much as that person is still learning and is doing much better, there were things that I would've better communicated to myself before I was hired on so that I wasn't as confused as to why people were yelling(just loud , happy people) when I came in for my first day.
