Pros
Opportunity to gain exposure to HR and administrative duties.
Cons
Extremely high and concerning staff turnover. While reviewing HR records, it was very noticeable that many employees had resigned after short periods of employment. Apart from one long-serving employee, most staff appeared to come and go frequently, which raises concerns about long-term staff retention.
The CEO’s management style can be very aggressive. There were instances where she raised her voice, shouted at staff, and banged on the table during discussions.
Communication from management can feel disrespectful and intimidating, creating a stressful working environment.
The overall office atmosphere may be very high pressure, which may not be suitable for employees who prefer a respectful and supportive workplace culture.
