Deceitful approach of the management. Unorganized and constantly changing focus of the company. Unclear processes. Instead of having an efficient system in place, unresolved matters (and clothes) just pile on. Questionable working conditions in the stores (packed and cluttered backrooms) not aligned with local work safety regulations. Everything done always last moment without proper planning and notice.
