Salaries are horrible - not too surprising considering there are predominantly women employees and mostly men in the CXO positions. Many photographers are leaving and are unhappy with company. Year+ long salary freeze has left morale low and office atmosphere hostile. Management is lacking from top to bottom. Incompetent isn't a strong enough word for the HR department. "Lax" work attitude is taken advantage of and managers take an incredible amount of unaccounted time off. Complete lack of business strategy. Fundamental lack of sales expertise or insight on managerial level. Expect to get taken advantage of.
