Pros

The average pay when hitting quota is about $140K.

Cons

In the larger territories you're required to travel extensively (60%) if you want to be successful since some major GPO's, IDN's, and Hospitals still don't know who this company is. Since Trumpf was acquired by HillRom the sales commission rates have changed significantly and swiftly and leadership has changed and is still changing.

Pros

A few managers/directors with industry knowledge.

Cons

Leadership has little knowledge of surgical business. These folks are driving the financial needle so hard that they are overlooking their responsibility to provide fair and honest dealings to the customer. In recent weeks it appears that several external sales people and internal staff are exiting, quickly. This is not a stable place to be employed in its current state.
