      The compensation and commission packages are some of the top in the industry. They make your job easy by being reliable with their service.

      Cons

      Their management and higher ups make you pay for getting paid. They micromanage everything and are constantly changing expectations.

      Pros

      It's a job that you get what you put in. If you want to work hard, put in extra hours, your paycheck reflects that. If you would rather sit behind a desk and get a salary no matter your effort, its not the job for you. Leadership is incredible, operations and sales work well together, everyone has the same goal.

      Cons

      Again - you get what you put in. This is a company and a role for someone who wants a challenge and wants to be compensated for their efforts. Sales isn't easy! Not everyone is ok with the ups and does, the rejection and the amount of work that comes with it.
