The team is collaborative and helpful. 4. You get visibility and client exposure early on. 5. Company celebrates events and tries to keep the environment positive.
Cons
1. Workload can spike during deadlines or major deliveries. 2. Some projects are more demanding than others depending on the client. 3. Need more structured training programs for new joiners (though improving).
