You do not make the money they advertise , you tip out almost 25% to runners and bus but you still have to run food and bus your own tables . You also have to pay the credit card fees of your tables which is 3% so you are tipping out almost 28% which is a lot when you are still running food and drinks and bussing your own tables . Lots of side work before and after .
