10yNormally I would say, thank you for the feedback. But, its obvious by your comments and accusations that you have an axe to grind and I'm guessing didn't find much success in our positive culture. But, let me help clarify some of the inaccuracies you mentioned.
First, you forgot another great Pro -- our people. They're amazing. Secondly, your cons are just negative accusations without merit. For instance, we're actually paying more commissions today than we did a year ago (to those who good sales people of course).
And people are free (as you were) to write what they want on glassdoor. Which is why Trulia/Zillow was just named in the Top 10 nationally, of companies to work for "by our employees" and Denver has been recognized as a Top Company in Denver, for 3 years (by our employees). And, since many of our top salespeople and leaders are female, your boys club rant is without merit. We are a successful team.
As you know, we have a very open-door policy, so if you'd be wiling to have a constructive conversation on ideas to help improve things, heck, we all can always be better, I would be more than happy to sit down and talk and listen to those ideas.
