Pros
Awesome co-workers, fun environment and great work life balance. Loved my manager and the help they gave to get past the lulls.
Cons
Good people are let go if they don't feel you are trending with the rest of the Staff. They focus only on the top sales people and often those that needed help don't get the attention and then get let go.
