It is a smaller company.

Company provides a nice working environment with good staff. The technical team is great and internal support is highly dependable. The day to day is fast paced and at times challenging, you always learn something new every day. The technical team will do what it takes to support clients no matter the situation.

Procedures/Processes are clearly defined by management, then department leads fail to follow their own rules . Management says that they encourage you to continue training and education, but when you do you're told to stop wasting company resources. Management appears to be focused on the profit margin and not listening to the technical staff actually taking care of the client.
