Great company, slightly disjointed departments - QA Analyst Truenorthlogic Employee Review

Fast paced and challenging work environment. Collaborative work environment between the different departments. Growing company with opportunities. Supportive management. Great colleagues.

Not much formal training. Releases are not the most stable. Puts pressure on the client facing folks.

I believe Truenorthlogic cares about its employees and has an easy relaxed enough culture. I think they have an excellent CTO with a vision if given the resources. I believe the market in education is tough, but large enough to prosper. Strong sales team. Extremely smart engineering team. Since joining I have seen all indications of things going in the proper direction towards a superior technology product, but slow. Rapid growth in many areas.

Legacy product is our biggest money maker but is killing us with its many defects, architectural, and configuration nightmares. Poor Project Management and Client representatives. Rapid growth is a good thing, but can also cause growing pains.
