Pros

Things started off fairly strongly. Decent pay, time off for illness and the like.

Cons

Laid off entire front-of-line sales staff after months of refusing to examine processes that may have contributed to loss in revenue. Feedback was met with "implement this, on your own, with no extra pay or changes in work expectations otherwise." " No cost-of-living raises. Lackluster home-office allowance for remote-first workplace. Training is 3 days. Sink, or swim. Don't expect to get to know your colleagues because they'll be gone soon.

Pros

Located in beautiful Portland, Maine.

Cons

Terrible. Weird people and weird CEO who should be some sort of fake spiritual guru or something. Total frat boy culture. The guys there can’t help their misogyny. The second day there and one of the leads used the language “you chickened out” because I didn’t harass someone on the phone. Many red flags with this scam of a company.

It's unfortunate to hear that your time at Trueline didn't meet your expectations. It can be difficult for some to operate in a performance-based environment having no former experience. We're always trying to develop staff and accommodate learning styles, along with providing freedom for folks to find themselves in a new role.
