Pros

Depending on the team you are on - flexibility, remote work, and the medical insurance is decent.

Cons

Everything except what is listed in pros. NOT employee wellbeing friendly. Raises are nothing but a slap and spit in the face. 2023 Net sales were NEGATIVE $-45 MILLION but let me tell you the Chief Executive Officer, Chris Fowler's compensation increased to over 2 million. It must be nice having your company go negative while your salary goes up. They don't care about the worker ants on the ground holding everything up. They are replacing loyalty and pride with offshore, outsourced employees. The cost of living is skyrocketing and if I continued my employment with CPSI-Truebridge I would of end up homeless! Thankful for my situation but I don't qualify for even a studio apartment based on my GROSS income. My team has received nothing short of my absolute best, received a 100/100 annual review and my raise was less than $1.00. My "bonus" was just as ridiculously minuscule. Clients have dissolved their relationship with CPSI, taken their business to other smaller companies, just to have CPSI purchase said smaller company and clients are right back where they started. If you really want to know how good this company is just look at what their stocks did in 2023. They rebranded to solely Truebridge. Nothing but peeling cakey makeup on a pile of garbage.
