TrueVault has a fantastic team that really does listen to everyone, no matter your title or time with the company all good ideas are taken into account. Leadership has created a great environment for personal and professional growth. Sales has also created and maintained a fast paced growth trajectory. Plus with actual unlimited PTO and an emphasis on Work Life Balance it's been amazing being part of this team.

Honestly, none. There's the standard understanding of doing as much as possible with a small team and pre-series A resources, but that's been a good challenge as opposed to an actual con.
