Cons
No company is perfect, and like many organizations, TrueML has made adjustments over time—such as changes to the 401(k) match and fewer in-person opportunities to connect with teammates. That said, I’m genuinely grateful for the time those benefits were available and appreciated the company’s efforts to offer them when possible.
