Getting to solve problems which are not straight forward and very critical to enterprises. Very good culture and impressive abilities of founders and peers to respect each feedback.       Pros

      Compensation is on the high end of normal. Nothing incredible.

      Cons

      Employees are often forced into uncomfortable and unprofessional situations- i.e. being pressured to tell a “NSFW story” by the founders as part of onboarding. Senior management can be threatening. Company has attempted to avoid honoring contractual commitments. Apart from that, product is not exciting and PMF is not evident.
