      I have been working at TrueERP full-time (More than 3 years) - Excellent Career growth - Perks and benefits - Management and owners look after staff - Easy to settle in and constantly learning new things

      None what so ever, like any company there are ups and downs. But to date it only has been up!

      I was very interested in ISO management system. I wanted to create a professional ISO management system in the company. She valued talented people and provided unsparing investment and support.

      Pros

      Been with TrueERP for last 5 years, and there is a reason for it. The owner and every other person treat you like a family. The owner of the company is a generous person. He looks after you and makes sure that you are facilitated in every possible way. His goal is - the employee should focus on the work and he will look after all his/her problems.

      Cons

      Giving too much leverage to employees.
