The team is genuinely friendly and supportive, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Beyond just being amicable, there's a real sense of camaraderie that makes coming to work enjoyable. Importantly, this friendliness hasn't come at the expense of productivity; the work culture remains strong, with a good balance between collaboration and individual focus to achieve our goals effectively

Since the acquisition by the American venture company (Battery), the company culture has shifted significantly towards prioritizing financial goals. While a focus on financial performance is understandable, this change has unfortunately come at the expense of employee well-being and a people-centric approach that was previously valued
