Pros

TrueCloud has a great reputation. This year we won the WorldWide Partner of the Year award. The company is very focused on delivering quality to its customers and genuinely cares about how much they can help. As an employee, they are still a bit young and working on establishing more to attract and retain folks. They have good processes, a nice, laid-back environment, but a really high bar on performance. There are employees who work here that started with Truecloud 8 or 9 years ago. Because of that high bar, not everyone makes the grade. Those of us who have are compelled by the work. The biggest "Pro" is feeling as if I can genuinely have an impact, not just with TrueCloud, but with our clients. Not much management to stand in the way of that.

Cons

Young company that still struggles with offerings like higher salary, benefits, etc. Looking to see this change and grow.

Pros

Flexible hours and schedule, they really want you to have a work and home balance. Great atmosphere and culture as well.

Cons

Benefits aren't great but that goes for any smaller company.

Pros

TrueCloud has given me an incubator to hone in on my skills, and the freedom to take on projects while work with key stakeholders in the company. They hire top of the class talent and getting to work alongside these highly skilled individuals has lead to my personal career growth. The environment and culture is very laid back but you are expected to work really hard as it is a small company and everyone wears many hats or has hands in many projects. Management has an open door policy and they encourage you to constantly improve current processes and be thinking of future ones.

Cons

Slight growing pains at times and knowledge transfer difficulties with turnover.
