Pros
Strong team from leadership across to every individual. I was continuously impressed with the caliber of people. Everyone at the company is top tier in their respective domains/fields, but are also humble and collaborative. No egos to keep in check, the focus is on doing great quality work. I think the best perk a company can offer is talented people to do great work with and this definitely happens at TrueCircle.
Everyone has a high level of autonomy - because of the high talent bar, everyone is entrusted with their time and work.
Ideas are welcomed and encouraged and come to life quickly. Results/action-oriented environment.
