Pros

The company offers a great work environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and focused on employee growth. Being a startup, there is naturally a fair amount of work pressure and fast-paced execution, but it comes with tremendous exposure to different aspects of the business and opportunities to learn new skills. Every day presents new challenges, making the work engaging and enjoyable rather than repetitive. The collaborative culture, talented colleagues, and freedom to innovate make it a great place for anyone looking to accelerate their professional growth.

Cons

As with most startups, priorities can shift quickly, and work-life balance may occasionally be challenging during critical project phases. However, the learning, exposure, and career growth opportunities more than compensate for the added pace and responsibility.

Pros

Package at the beginning and WFH

Cons

The Pay Trap: They pay you high initially just to get you in, but later on, the hikes are significantly lower. Hire and Fire: It’s a "hire and fire" meat grinder with absolutely no job security. Extreme Hours: You’re expected to work day and night, including Saturdays and Sundays. Your time is never your own. Unclear Instructions: Management is all over the place. You’ll end up doing the same task five different times because the instructions keep changing. No KPI System: There is no objective measurement for success. You are judged solely by the CEO’s "gut feeling," and his judgment is usually dead wrong . Internal Sabotage: It’s a toxic environment. For example, a senior lead secretly told others, "Don’t develop this software too well, or we’ll all lose our jobs." The crazy part is the CEO trusts this guy completely—constantly praising him and handing him promotions and raises while he actively holds the company back.
